Galileo Galilei was born on February 15, 1564 in
the city of Pisa, Italy and died on January 8, 1642
in Arcetri, Italy.
Galileo is known for being called the father of
many types of scientific classes. He is known as
the father of astronomy, modern science,
physics, and the scientific method. He is also
known for adding more to the scientific method
with some of his studies about our moon, the
sun, and that the planets in our solar system
