Beschreibung:

Ruled through alliances, regional princes, and noble families. Introduced a standard spoken language. Centralized power decreased until the Warring States Period in the last two centuries of the Zhou Dynasty. They ruled by giving regional estates away in hope that the people who received them would remain loyal.
