Agnes Montague arrives at Hill Top Road, around age 11. The date is unclear, beyond vague contextual clues. In MAG 8, it is stated that "no one knows when Agnes arrived." Since it is stated that Raymond inherited the house in 1957, this is the earliest possible date it could have been used as a halfway house, and therefore the earliest that Agnes could have arrived. The latest possible date Agnes could have arrived is 1965, because it has been determined that the latest possible date of Raymond's disappearance is late 1971 and we know that Agnes arrived 7-8 years before Raymond disappeared (MAG 8).
