That sounds great for the tasting. I don’t eat red meat (so don’t need any for tasting), but everyone else I work with eats a TON of it, so maybe start there and build out?

They’re pretty easy on alcohol - Johnny Walker Black, a good Cab Sav, a Prosecco or Cava, and a few beer options will keep everyone happy, and I wouldn’t say no if you wanted to show off the beer selection a bit.
