Greetings Alexandra,

Thanks for your response, we are a fellowship of D.C. creative professionals and are looking at your venue to host our inaugural Meetup. We understand your reservation restrictions and would be happy to have someone arrive early to secure a few tables for our group of 25-35 people. We ideally intend to meet from 6-8 and plan on ordering food and drinks as we socialize. Wednesday the 21st would be ideal, so if you could let your management and events coordinator know, we would love to secure that date.

This is a causal gathering and other than name tags and table cards will cause minimal interruption to your other customers and not need any special accommodations beyond service. Thank you again for your response and flexibility and feel free to let us know next steps.
