He is also known by the name seqenenre which also means he who strikes like he was ruler of Egypt during the second intermediate period. He ruled 1493 to 1479 B.C.E he was one of the last pharaohs to rule in the 17teenth dynasty and was up to date with the last great Hyksos kings named apopis
