[December 2015] This is when I began to notice a change with the way I felt every day, more noticably in the gym. I experienced unusal fatigue, reduced endurance, and a reduced tolerance for exercise.
[April 25, 2016] Took a trip to E.R. after working out legs for about 15 minutes. Symptoms included: * Intense fatigue * Light-headed feeling * Difficulty breathing * Intense weakness * A shocking/ tingling sensation thought entire body (Prescribed Alprazolam for what was believed to be a panic attack)
[ September 11, 2017] Asked PCP for a Lyme disease panel, and results came back positive Positive Results: * IgG P66 Ab. - Present Abnormal * IgG P58 Ab. - Present Abnormal * IgG P41 Ab. - Present Abnormal * IgM P41 Ab. - Present Abnormal * IgM P39 Ab. - Present Abnormal * IgM P23 Ab. - Present Abnormal
[ May 14, 2016] First ever blood work with PCP. Test showed an underactive thyroid, and doctor began treating me with Levothyroxine 25 MCG.
[August 12, 2016] PCP tested blood to check my Parathyroid hormone levels, since I was still having symptoms and a few labs showed an elevation in calcium levels. Blood tests were consitantly indicating a high level of cholesterol, and was prescribed 40 MG of Atorvastatin. (PTH Lab came back in the normal range)
[November 23, 2016] Took blood work with Endocrinologist, and was told to check back in after 3 months. Free T4 & Free T3 were in the normal range, however, TSH was slightly elevated at 5.960 uIU/mL. Vitamin D was somewhat low at 29.4 ng/mL. (I was told I may have Acute Thyroiditis, and my thyroid will heal within 3-6 months time.)
[December 5th, 2016] Medication change from Levothyroxine to Naturethroid after little to no improvment of symptoms.
[ June 9th, 2017] After about 2 months of thyroid blood work coming back normal, I was prescribed D- Amphetamine 10 MG to help combat my symptoms. I actually saw an improvement in energy for 1 day, but symptoms returned after that inital day. My thyroid levels normalized at 81.25 MG of Naturethroid. The Naturethroid was an improvment from Levothyroxine, but I still didn't feel back to normal. I also had my Vitamin B12 levels tested, but the results were in the top end of normal.
