Start of Ada!5 weeks finished - pretty lackluster experience (bad teachers)Started our first rotations at News!Getting progressively worse80% of apprentice are complainingTeachers start getting replacedFeedback is taken and recognisedThe apprenticeship scheme is 'overhauled' (new people in charge) , change in management.Lecturers are brought in from different places. Actually interesting and engaging speakers.People were starting not to turn up and session at the college were boringMany apprentices have left since the we started at Ada, but the quality of teaching and learning has improved drastically.
