All states pass laws which take away women’s right to vote.United States Constitution changed the terms

vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.”National Woman’s Party proposes Constitutional Amendment: “Men and women shall have equal rights throughout the United States and in every
place subject to its jurisdiction. Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation.”Susan B. Anthony dies.The 15th Amendment receives final ratification, saying “The right of citizens of the United States
to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race,
color, or previous condition of servitude.” which means women are not excluded from the vote.Susan B. Anthony was born.
