A.XX.I - Those born on the soil of any territory of the Republic of Oipienta are automatically citizens of the Republic.
A.XX.II - Those born from both Oipientian citizens who are of Oipientian blood are automatically citizens of the Republic.
A.XX.III - All those born and naturalized as citizens of the Velzen Republic and are present within its lands as of August 26, 1931 are hereby granted automatic citizenship from the Republic of Oipienta and all rights granted in and out of the Constitution of the Republic.
