1 Dez 1991 Jahr - The founding of the Palestinian Communist Party
Beschreibung:
The Palestinian Communist Party (Arabic: الحزب الشیوعي الفلسطیني) is a Marxist-Leninist political party in Palestine. It positions itself as the political representative of the working class. Following the dissolution of the Soviet Union in 1991, the party faced significant internal strife, including a right-wing faction's defection. Despite discussions about renaming the party in the wake of the USSR's collapse, it chose to retain the communist designation. The party advocates for the liberation of Palestine and the creation of a single progressive state for all inhabitants of the region, irrespective of ethnic or religious backgrounds.
