Kamatović and its president De Kokkies wanted more freedom, more sovereignty. They wanted to build up and own army and do their own foreign policy. So they just left the Inostropian Federation. But InfinityZoom187, the consul of the Federation knew nothing about that. So offically the country will still a part of it but had nothing to do with the Inostropian Federation anymore. First after the armistice of the Federal War, infinity knew about this action.
