As Brazil and Italy face off in the finals, a 0-0 draw after 120 minutes takes the match to the most dramatic final, to penalties; both Brazil and Italy miss their first penalty, make their second and third, but in the fourth penalty Brazil make it and Italy don't. All fans around the world watching the game waiting for Roberto Baggio to take his penalty, and he misses leaving all Italy fans over the world in sorrow, after promising his father a World Cup Baggio misses the deciding penalty.
