At this point in time, Prince Sigmund is 36 years old when he is administered the Injection of Life. His father, King Ellington Chyme is 58 when he recieves the IOL. Unfortunately, King Anton Chyme had died before the IOL was approved for administration. King Ellington is not projected to live, but science has not caught up yet. However, He and Sigmund serve as public study figures as to the function of the IOL and contribute largely to what is known of the Injection. Further studies in the royal family are complicated with King Roman and studies are sought elsewhere. However, everyone from King Roman's generation who meet the requirements, are administered the IOL at birth and are not projected to die.
