AMBER Heard has hit back in a £39million defamation battle with ex- husband Johnny Depp by claiming he lied about their blazing row to which cops were called.

The Aquaman actress, 33, alleges the Pirates of the Caribbean star, 55, was “violent and destructive” during the fracas.

She claims Depp perjured himself by saying there was only one call “reporting his abuse”.

She produced records showing LA cops were alerted at 8.30pm and 10.09pm.

But Depp’s lawyers obtained CCTV of him leaving the house at about 8.30pm.

He claims Heard told cops it was a “verbal dispute”, citing statements by police who reported they saw no evidence of physical abuse.

It also accuses her of painting on bruises.

Depp’s lawyer Adam Waldman told The Sun: "The last year has seen Amber Heard busted by video, testimonial, audio and written evidence obliterating her dozens of lies, serial domestic violence, perjury, and efforts to defraud both governments and courts.

"Amber Heard has finally broken her silence, but tellingly only to respond to one, single procedural allegation – the timing of her friend’s 911 call.

"And even that single response is demonstrably a lie; her dependent friend iO tillett Wright simply did not call the police when he testified he did, in the middle of the accused fight and penthouse destruction that all eyewitnesses testified did not happen, “to save amber’s life”.

"He called 2 hours later, after the hoaxsters got their stories straight, as still another eyewitness attested."
