45 years after the start of its construction and being the Capitol of Valkryia for many years, Construction on Fenerir by the Valkryian Government Halted. The Leader of Valkryia at this time, Sato, decided to create a new grand Capital City of Valkryia in rememberence of Asgard I. This new base would be known as Asgard II and would be the new home of Valkryian leaders. Sato and other Valkryian leaders and officials left Fenrir and started the construction of Asgard II with the help of the Legion of Shenandoah.
