- Bismil formed a revolutionary organization named ‘Matrivedi’ (Altar of Mother) and sought help from Genda Lal Dixit, a school teacher from Auraiya, who had established the first independent secret society in UP named ‘Shivaji Samiti’
- Bismil and Dixit got involved in the Mainpuri Conspiracy, distributing prohibited literature.
- Bismil distributed two of his writings to people- a pamphlet titled Deshwasiyon ke Naam Sandesh (A Message to Countrymen) and Mainpuri ki Pratigya (Vow of Mainpuri)
