Building off of the achievements of his predecessors, Æthelstan of Wessex is able to successfully unite the English petty kingdoms under one Kingdom of England.

He brings most of the British isles under his direct or indirect control, and the core of his domain would be the Saxon populated lands of England with even Northumbria, East Anglia and the Scottish lowlands brought under his control.
