In 1928 Vienna's Circle and Logical Positivism thought was implemented. This theory stated that "the meaning of statements used in science can be understood in terms of experimenting and observations to solidify there truth. Essentially this theory states that "The meaning of a method is the method of its verification."This later became the philosophical forerunner to B.F. Skinners "radical behaviorism" in the 1950s.
