Gëzim Dapi and five other soldiers reported a series of lights arranged in a diamond-like pattern in the sky, moving at high speed with minimal noise. They were questioned by their superiors, and the incident was reported by the Labour Youth Union of Albania's biweekly newspaper, "Zëri i Rinisë".[139]
