When questioned on where he had been, Walton said that he had been taken aboard a spacecraft by nearly human creatures.[113] Walton's alien abduction account is the basis for the book The Walton Experience (1978), the film Fire in the Sky (1993), and the documentary "Alien Abduction: Travis Walton" (2022).[114]
