In July 2020 during the pandemic was when Anoung Us became popular. It was not when Among Us when invented though. Among Us was invented before the pandemic in 2018.

For those of you that were living under a rock and don’t know what Among Us is I’ll explain it. Among Us is a Game about a bunch of people on a ship and there is an imposter AMONG YOU. The imposter is one of the crew but the crew doesn’t know who. At the beginning of the game, an imposter will be randomly selected. The imposter will try and win the game by killing people without being caught until there is no one left. The crew must find out who the imposter is and eject them but they can eject the wrong person. While this is happening the crew also have to complete tasks. If the crew finds out who the imposter or finishes all their tasks before the imposter kills everyone they win. Later on, they do update the game and add new things to it and new tasks.
