A judge formally accepts Loughlin and Giannulli's plea deal. Loughlin was sentenced to two months in prison while her husband was sentenced to five months. Under the plea deal, Loughlin also faced a $150,000 fine and 100 hours of community service. Giannulli was asked to pay a $250,000 fine and perform 250 hours of community service.
