The first photos of LRD and her boyfriend emerged.

At this time Lily Rose Depp was 16 years old and Ash Stymest was 24 years old. The age of consent in France is 15 whereas in California it is 18.

The news did not fully emerge in the media until March 2016 [articles linked herewith] however it is likely that whoever contacted authorities in California did so prior to the end of 2015 and it is likely that this is ‘the Lily-Rose thing’ Amber Heard refers to in the audio of 4 January 2016.

Tracey Jacobs referenced Johnny Depp having to visit the LAPD and family court during her 2018 deposition therefore the question is who made the report.

The JDC believes the prime candidate its be iO Tillet-Wright. iO had by this time been dropped from the Depp inner circle due to exploiting Lily-Rose without Johnny Depp’s or Vanessa Paradis’ permission although did not hesitate to stay at the ECB penthouse when Johnny was away in December 2015 which suggests a disregard for the boundaries of property ownership and a sense of entitlement to be where one is not wanted. We also know that relations between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard were not good at this time and, according to Kate James, Amber was very jealous of Lily-Rose.

So did Amber Heard and iO Tillet-Wright collude to make the report to Authorities as an of vengeance and if not, who else would or could it have been?
