Johnny Depp and Amber Heard attended the Palm Springs Film Festival. Johnny looked bruised.

Johnny dressed in a black tuxedo with a bow tie and looked miserable - until he saw Kate Winslet to whom he gave a very emotional hug.

Johnny thanked his wife for putting up with him and living with all the characters as he received the Desert Palm Achievement Award.

Amber Heard presented an award.
