A troll(s) sent a letter with some powder and a message saying by the time they solve the puzzle they would've breathed that much poison. Sally called the cops and fire department which their vehicles blocked off Lloyd Street. Neighbours could be seen affected by this trolling and people in hazmats suits were in the footage.
