Johnny Depp, Amber Heard and Whitney H have said there was an argument whilst in Rio de Janeiro as Amber wished to leave early to attend an audition for Aquaman. However as the trip was barely 4 days long this hardly makes any sense. Indeed, in the recording of 26 September 2015 Johnny does ask why Amber travelled to Rio if she had to be in LA ‘for her thing’. The Hollywood Vampires left almost immediately after the satellite broadcast of Rock in Rio which they headlined (and the purpose of the trip) so did not stay longer than intended. Amber Heard was seen with Johnny Depp as they left the after party in the early hours of 25 September from where they went almost directly to the airport to be in LA later the same day. Moreover, Amber Heard ensured she achieved some positive press form the Starkey Hearing Foundation event despite the fact that it was a venture between Starkeys and the Hollywood Vampires (particularly Alice Cooper).

An ALTERCATION is an argument or a fight where Johnny Depp emerged bruised scratched, swollen or otherwise injured as a result of Amber Heard but is not included as one of AH's incidents as listed in the UK Trial.

An ALTERCATION further includes those times that Johnny Depp states he was insulted, derided, hit, had things thrown at him, was pushed, pulled, shoved or a witness saw him being attacked by Amber Heard.

Some ALTERCATIONS, in fact the majority, are supported by specifically taken photographs or captured on film at media events revealing Johnny's injuries. Others are included on the recordings, in texts or within Court documents.
