Gwyn and his sister Maddie decide to go the “Mews Annex, Provincial Archives” to gather information for the project. When they arrived at the archives they meet a man named Dr.Heart Mews who works there. At first he seemed like a mean and grumpy old man but ended up being a friend to Gwyn and Maddie after seeing them so interested to learn about history. He is also a judge in the heritage fair.
