During the course of this week Johnny Depp became clean shaven which suggests he was developing the make-up and overall look for Black Mass.

The date of this photo is unknown but it shows Johnny Depp clean shaven yet still with the very dark hair he had in China at the beginning of April and at the Met Gala on 5 May so it must fall somewhere between.
