An unknown assailant who was renowned for attacking and murdering animagi resurfaced during 2027, currently still at large the Auror office are continuing to investigate following a spate of attacks

Aisling Rose Opal Jones became the first victim of the Animagi Killer to survive the attack. The attack happened at Kings Cross Station after the students boarded the train to return to Hogwarts after winter break.
