A debate questioning how Armenians should be treated in the Ottoman Empire. It questioned the protection and freedom of Armenians from surrounding countries. Using the context of Armenian history, the Committee for Union and Progress decided the solution to the Armenian Question was to kill and banish all Armenians from the empire.
