This appears to be the entrance to Fox 5 Studios in New York. The address is The Fox Television Center, 205 East 67th Street in New York City and we can see the ’05’ on the wall behind her as well as the Fox Logo on a branded welcome mat.

Uploaded on 31 May 2011 it could be from earlier in the year when Amber Heard did visit the Fox Studios. However she looked and dressed quite differently at those times plus THE JDC believes that videographers rarely wait for months to post their content so this was probably 28-30 May on the basis that Amber was back in LA on 31 May 2011.
