Three years after the discovery of homing pigeons, a group of four wanderers on Level 11 founds the Interdimensional Pigeon Post with the goal of researching and taking care of homing pigeons, buying almond bread and Almond Water, allowing wanderers to send letters to people in the Frontrooms and in other levels.
Seven more members later join as members of Base Delta on Level 9223.
