His publication "The Human Side of Enterprise" shared his ideas with individuals in the field. It has proven to be a trailblazer in management, as there are many monumental success stories that use this type of management. For example, Betsy Holden, CEO of Kraft Foods Inc., uses a lot of Theory Y's management approach.
