Zayne borrowed $10k For lawn biz   (Envied services) a struggling biz owned by Zayne Taber to purchase truck and more equipment and catch up payroll of (envied service employs). James and Zayne agreed to terms for the 10k loan. James and Zayne would be 50/50 partners in company  and starting first month Zayne was to pay James 50% net profit. Zayne never made 1 payment and just recently James learned from Shawn Deal a worker at JR Cox shop that Zayne had purchased an engine for $9,200, $800 was used for truck the balance was squandered elsewhere  instead of putting the loan into Envied services as was promised. Zayne then sold engine for $3k to Shawn Deal a few months later. After he made a race car and crashed it. Zayne conned James out of $10k (Zayne used the $10k loan from  James (house sale 801 24 th s proceeds for a racecar engine. Instead of Biz that loan was for) this was a 10k loss for James.
