The Tower of Xerin is a massive structure located in Širotèda where the late emperor Zerin the First died. The tower was built to showcase Javicia's newly found wealth from the Tsevdan War and from their Soleian colonies but it eventually came to signify the power of the leader of the Oipientian people. Thorughout its years, the tower became known as the Tower of Xerin, Tower of Tsebda, Tower of Tothek, Tower of the Republic, and the Tower of Tasak. Despite all of the name changes, the large tower has been called the Tower of Power (Stoiko èñ Syãñèl/Aplínota) by the vast majority of people, especially the Oipientian people and Yuerokian historians and poets. During the Fifth Hells War, the tower was occupied by Fevak forces and due to damage from the Battle for the Tower and the Battle of Širotèda, the Tower of Power was demolished in 1957. The townspeople of Širotèda placed a plaque commemorating the tower in late 1957. Plans to rebuild the tower were brought to the Fevak gov't and were approved in the Spring of 1960. Construction to rebuild the Tower of Power began in the middle of the summer of 1960. The name of the newly rebuilt tower would be the Tower of Širotèda.
