This was a precursor to the final breach that laid SITE-946 to rest. An experimental Doom Critter is released into the facility, causing widespread havoc. However, its mollecular structure is not built well enough to handle massive doses of berserkyr, and the entire specimen eventually melts down. What's left is not salvageable by any means, but the Foundation takes notes.
