started implementing voting

if you vote at any of the links (apart from MCLIKE, they don't have votifier) in vote then you will start receiving rewards.

i still need to add the plugin to the server to actually deliver your rewards (such as ability to use /colors in chat) but you can rest assured that your rewards are being tracked, so when the plugin is installed you will receive them.
