Jesus holds a supper in the Upper Room for his disciples where he institutes what is now known as the Eucharist. He breaks bread and gives it to the disciples saying " this is my body which is given for you" He also takes a cup of wine and gives it to them to drink saying "this is his blood". He also reveals that he will be betrayed and that Peter will deny him 3 times before the cock crows. Mark 14:12-26
