Beschreibung:

- Added new welcome message for first time / returning users
- Added custom chat plugin from the old NetherAnarchy server that will allow people who vote to use /colors in chat, and donors to set custom /nicknames in chat (voting not yet implemented, nor is donating)
- Added SpeedLimit plugin, also from NetherAnarchy
- Added Random Spawning (will start working tomorrow)
- Added Utility plugin from NetherAnarchy that allows you check your /joindate, /playtime, use /info commands, and tons of other stuff! (see /help and /info)
- Changed difficulty to Hard
- Added perms management plugins
- Added links to our discord and website
