The DY-lineup is the brainchild of Daniel Daystrom and Ezekiel Yahayah, and features older tech at a lower price. Daystrom-Ahayah would expand the DY line over the next several years.

The XCV project was lead by Argentine, and Brazilian physicists. Their new sub-light drive is exceptionally smooth and reliable. The XCV is used mainly for colonist and tourist transportation due to its smooth, silent ride and the new "luxurious" interiors that offered first class amenities for a journey to the inner colonies.
