Johnny Depp was forced to fly back from Australia to the US last month for surgery on his injured hand.

But despite reports that the filming of the fifth Pirates Of The Caribbean installment had ground to a halt because of the departure of the flick's lead man, everything appears to be in full swing.

Norwegian director Joachim Rønning, who is co-directing the movie alongside Espen Sandberg, has been sharing an array of shots on Instagram, telling followers on Tuesday he had just wrapped up a 17 hour shoot.
