A 12 year old boy named Gwyn Rae is watching the birds at the Virginia River. Gwyn has no interest in school and is falling behind in all of his grades. As he watch the duck, they suddenly fly away and Tyler Cull arrives and starts to bully Gwyn. Tyler Cull is a tall mean boy who is the same age as Gwyn and goes to the same school.
