A Predator fights Dutch Schaefer's brother Detective Schaefer, his partner, Detective Rasche, and street gangs. Shaefer fights another Predator in Guatemala. Shaefer, Rasche, the gangs, the police and the army then face a fleet of Predators in New York City. The military officer in charge of the operations dealing with the Predators is Major General Philips from the Guatemala incident.
