Dear Laura

Thank you again for speaking today as a witness of some simple matters which are nevertheless at the heart of the case. I took good notes of our conversation. I wrote a up a nearly 1 pager that is attached for your review, edit and comment and blank filing in. I used the words you did in your testimony, and hope you agree that I did so faithfully. I did not include the topics that I promised I would not.

If you would, as we discussed, carefully review the attached, and let me know if you have comment or elaboration, Johnny and I would be grateful. We would then put it into proper final form for signature and later will file it along with the chorus of testifying witnesses.
