Bucky's mind is freed from the Winter Soldier mind control programing. A member of Wakanda's Dora MIlaje reads the Winter Soldier activation code words aloud to Bucky Barnes, in one of the most emotionally powerful moments of the mcu, proving that Hydra's programming has finally been eliminated.
This comes at least a fully year after the Avenger's Civil War, after which Steve Rogers left Bucky in Wakanda's care, Bucky later refers to his time in Wakanda as the only brief period of peace in his life

6 years before The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and sometime under a year before infinity war, depending on when exactly FATWS takes place
