Roosevelt secures a promise to Stalin to enter the war against Japan once Germany was defeated. Stalin agrees to this, by being promised land lost in the Russo-Japanese War in 1904/5. The Four Powers agree to the status quo within the specific, as further territorial expansion was agreed to not continue.
