Grigor Pchelintsov begins the Red Room program, based on Piotr Phobos' research into the super solider serum, and advanced psycological training. He planned to indorenate and train the women from the youngest age and turn them into the perfect killers. The first batch of 28 girls are taken from orphanages across the USSR.
