this is where chairt naohme was born
the monks left astaran during the civil war and founded a monestary as their base while missionaries spread the word of their high council, which would eventually turn into chairt naohme and then the second court
now, it should be mentioned that the astarans don't exactly have the best rep at this point, but it's been a few decades and these people are very peaceful and mostly stick to the western parts of the country that havne't really been settled yet, and the missionaries just don't bring up where they come from
