5 Sept 1919 Jahr - Senate rejects Treaty of Versailles; doesn't join League of Nations
Beschreibung:
The United States rejected the treaty because it did not want the U.S tp join the League of Nations. They felt that they would be involved in other world affairs. The League of Nations would be weak and would later lead to the 2nd World War.
